    The youth group is for grades 7-12.  We normally meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month from 5:30-7:30 p.m.  The second Sunday of the month is usually an Area Youth Night with other area Christian Churches and the location changes each month.  The 4th Sunday of the month is our youth meeting in fellowship with each other.  The meeting usually consists of a devotion given by one of the youth or sponsors, fellowship, snack time, games, and prayer.

In addition to regular meetings, we have special events and outings scheduled throughout the year.  Some examples in the past have been a Youth Retreat to the Lake of the Ozarks, Christian DJ music night at MO Fun City, a trip to the water park, free play at the gym, cookouts and games at the park, Christmas Party, Caroling, Progressive Dinners, Secret Destinations,  Retreats to Christian Colleges, etc.

The youth group is also responsible for raising their own funds.  Some ways we have done this so far are holding Silly Suppers, recycling cans, and a Service Auction.

The youth group is always open to new ideas for activities, games, fund raising etc.  If you would like to help, just let us know.
